“o item or refund received Placed an order on 14/05/2020! for next day delivery. Despite phone calls and emails advising order will be sent or money refunded they have not done either. Customer service is appalling. The lady whom I spoke to (not sure if same person each time) seems to have difficulty in comprehending an enquiry/instruction. Was told yesterday I would have money back in my account today but yet again this has not been received. Now going to have to raise a dispute with bank. Wish I had read these reviews before I had shopped with them”

“What a farce. Ordered goods on28/05/20 supposedly 24 hr delivery. Nothing turned up. Customer support non exist ant. Phone calls never returned. Money taken from bank. Now they claim they cannot find the order. Further investigation uncovers a litany of dissatisfied customers by the hundreds. Do not use this company. A total con. Will now have to attempt to get money back. No connection via external email. Set up to make complaints impossible. Round and round in circles you go.”

“Ordered for next day delivery before 12. Dint turn up next working day. When arrives items were odd. Filed a return and no response..... which is a shame because you only have one opportunity to make a good 1st impression. Suffice to say won’t be using again and will using PayPal for refund.”

“All the bad reviews are right. They will not reply to your emails and yes they pick up the phone take your details and never phone you back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Still waiting for items they say were delivered in May 26th. I live in South London and according to Royal Mail tracking number they have given me over the phone the item has been delivered and received in Wales. Something really dodgy going on here.”

“I am really impressed with their service! There was a wide range of choice and size that I could choose from. I could find the coat hanger that fix exactly the size required. I ordered it online, knowing that it would have to be custom made, and received the delivery the next day. Delivery was FREE as well! So impressed, as they are so efficient even during the lockdown! Love the quality of the item! Very happy”

“Do not use. Impossible to use their "free returns" for unwanted items as this company has ignored multiple emails and phone calls over the last month. I am simply being ignored. I will be referring this matter to my credit card company to get a refund.”

“Ordered a lot of letters for house sign; no delivery. When I called (note, they did NOT call me!) I was told that the "E" was not in stock despite it being listed as so on their website. No information was volunteered regarding when it would be in stock. I requested a refund but it has not been given. AND the "E" is STILL listed as being in stock on their website. MISLEADING information and NIL customer service. AVOID! I'd give no stars if I could!”

“Small Item purchased on 19th March with a two - three day delivery. By 14th April, item still not received and the courier was still waiting to receive the goods. Seller stated they would check with the warehouse and call me back. No such phone call was received. Complaint made to PayPal. Seller did not respond to PayPal and they provided a refund - eight weeks after placing the order. Will never buy from this seller again and would warn prospective customers to take every precaution.”

“Very impressed, i needed some cast iron draught grills for our house as the excavator had damaged ours and i wanted them replaced whilst they were on site in a hurry. They were much cheaper than others i looked at and so i was worried the they might be low quality. I always check reviews before purchase which is why i am bothering to leave my own review to offer peace of mind to other shoppers. Excellent product quality grills arrived next morning as promised.
