“It is more the service from the delivery company that was at fault. I was told it would be delivered on the 12th and I did not get it until 15th. That could have been for a birthday or anniversary present where the delivery date is important. If they are not going to leave tbe parcel, they need to send specific times and not 9-6. When the first delivery supposedly happened my husband and I were both in, maybe upstairs. No card was left, as it supposed to be, which suggests no delivery was attempted.”
