I placed an order since 26/02/2025 and still haven’t received my orders. Any company using EVRi delivery service I found a problem, and a worst shipping service an average standard company would use. I normally would avoid retailers using EVRi from my experience. I don’t normally write reviews unless it is outstanding service or one like this service. I wrote to the House of Malt and the reply I received was disappointing and unpromising, something I expected them to have acknowledged and contacted me.

Can't compete with Amazon for free returns (or even partial return costs) when there is an order error. Buyer beware - you will pay full return postage on any errors (not cheap with the weight and size of a full bottle of alcohol). I will shop on Amazon instead.

In this specific instance, it appears that two separate orders were placed, each with its own confirmation email and tracking details. As you mentioned, you received different email confirmations for the two orders. These were processed and dispatched individually, providing multiple opportunities to reach out to us if you believed an error had occurred or to refuse delivery of one of the parcels. Additionally, as stated in our Terms & Conditions, any returns arising from situations that are not the result of an error on our part are the responsibility of the customer, including any associated return postage costs. This policy allows us to maintain fair pricing and sustainable operations as a smaller, independent business. Despite this, we remain committed to helping where possible and are always willing to discuss and resolve issues directly with our customers. Product was great But!!!! Requested and paid for a Monday delivery Got text and email for the next day from dpd saying they had the parcel ready for next day delivery. Of course had to rearrange due to not being at home If you pay for a specific day and you don’t get it then not impressed

I ordered for a party and payed extra weekend surcharge. I then received an email to complete purchase but when clicked on, it says out of stock. The item didn’t arrive and the money has been taken out of my account.

I order my friend a birthday gift on the 25/03 and she still hasn't received it and tracking says they attempted to deliver twice, but I have no update regarding delivery prior to attempts and no notes by delivery person have been left.

I feel one star, is not the fault of house of malt, however never received goods, due to incompetent couriers and currently awaiting refund.
