“Used House Of Malt for the first time. I did not check all of the items for sale on their site as I knew what I wanted as it was a present. However the blended whisky and the overall delivery charge was £6.00 cheaper than a main competitor for the same product, which is why I ordered from them on this occasion. Would definitely consider using House Of Malt in the future for other deliveries of alcohol.”

“There was a slight hiccup regarding my last order with you. However, I contacted you and the matter was resolved very quickly and to my complete satisfaction. “Had a problem with order, no emails were received, and parcel force was a problem of not leaving note that they tried to deliver. Once made original review, house of malt got back to me very quick, and got matter resolved.”

“Very good service, and price was great, but was slightly disappointed about the small damage to the presentation box. Cannot blame the delivery company as could only have happened prior to packaging. Would not be too upset normally but was a 50th birthday present for a friend”

“Fast delivery --- next day free delivery is Excellent from Carlise to Birkenhead . Stocks seem a bit low so tend to find that a bottle that I would have Purchased is now out of stock . Prices are competitive Would have given 5 stars IF I could have got the bottle I wanted recently Stock IS up to date Website could be a bit better ---needs improvement regarding payment taking & confirmation ( Possibly a glitch on the Saturday I ordered ---stated Invalid order in my Orders but Order DID arrive the following Tuesday )”
