“House of Malt have become my go-to purveyors of "Drink!" (thank you Father Jack) since I embarked upon my whisky journey last year. HoM have been excellent in their customer service, website presentation, prices and delivery. My palate has only just begun its training, so I can only really speak knowledgeably about my experiences with HoM. My most recent order included a request for The Lakes Elderflower Gin Liqueur as a birthday present for my goddaughter. Unfortunately, there was a breakage before despatch, so Piers contacted me immediately and offered me either a full refund on the item, or a complimentary upgrade to a bottle of St Germain Elderflower Liqueur. I took the upgrade so my goddaughter could try another brand, plus she loves anything Art Deco and the bottle really is a thing of beauty. It's very important to me to be able to support independent, small, family-run British businesses such as HoM. I am very happy to recommend them! If I should find myself anywhere near Carlisle, then I know where I will be heading.....48 Warwick Road. Sláinte!”
