Whisky is great. I purchased 3 bottles of Genmirangie Quinta Ruban. Youe website fooled me into thinking I had not completed my order. I have ended up with 9 bottles of whisky. I would have preferred to order 9 different bottles. Your website needs to be more customer oriented. I am not sure if I will use you to buy any more whisky. I am 82 years of age.

Service was quick and item was packaged well although I have noticed floating debris in the bottle when recently unpacked. The bottle is in good condition and is a screw cap design although it looks like cork debris floating in the whisky. There was no footnote on advertising to highlight this condition. Can you please advise.

Service has been great, price not the absolute best and range pretty standard. (Eg the bets of the Pineau de Charante not stocked, couldn’t get the Saliza Amaretto)

It is more the service from the delivery company that was at fault. I was told it would be delivered on the 12th and I did not get it until 15th. That could have been for a birthday or anniversary present where the delivery date is important. If they are not going to leave tbe parcel, they need to send specific times and not 9-6. When the first delivery supposedly happened my husband and I were both in, maybe upstairs. No card was left, as it supposed to be, which suggests no delivery was attempted.

House of Malt were great….it’s ParcelForce that let them down! Delivery experience was terrible! Said they came to deliver twice, both times I was in, but no card left and never heard or saw anyone. Then they left parcel at post office with restricted opening hours up a road that was closed and all dug up! Getting through to talk to a customer services person there took quite a bit of persistence and ingenuity. Would strongly advise House of Malt to change who they use for deliveries.

Very good communication with yourselves, Glasses okay. Would I have brought them if I knew how small they were probably not, but we made do, as we’d brought them for a dinner party were having….really annoyed with the company parcel force I would probably use a different delivery company, they delivered one day and no one was home fair enough, as they left a note saying try again tomorrow, they came again the next day my husband was home they didn’t ring the doorbell, so off they went again, so we had to collect them which was a good 20-30 minute drive when my husband asked why they didn’t ring the doorbell they said most of them don’t work..!!! Seriously what’s the point of using a delivery company that doesn’t ring the doorbell…

Bought a bottle of Redbreast Lustau as a birthday gift for a friend. Order arrived quickly and the bottle itself was securely packaged in an 'inflatable' sleeve which was good, annoyingly though the same couldn't be said for the actual box the bottle will be gifted in: folded up and stuffed into the delivery box with the glued seals all peeling away. Not enough time to return it and get a replacement so have had to make some emergency repairs myself with some superglue and hope the recipient doesn't notice. Would be happy to purchase for myself in the future but may think twice if it's a gift I'm buying...
