“House of Malt were great….it’s ParcelForce that let them down! Delivery experience was terrible! Said they came to deliver twice, both times I was in, but no card left and never heard or saw anyone. Then they left parcel at post office with restricted opening hours up a road that was closed and all dug up! Getting through to talk to a customer services person there took quite a bit of persistence and ingenuity. Would strongly advise House of Malt to change who they use for deliveries.”
