“I order my friend a birthday gift on the 25/03 and she still hasn't received it and tracking says they attempted to deliver twice, but I have no update regarding delivery prior to attempts and no notes by delivery person have been left.”

“Excellent customer service. We bought two bottles of the award winning English Sherry Cask Matured English Single Malt Whisky. The bottles were delivered safely in bespoke packaging, along with their distinctive boxes, which were flatpacked and easily put together on arrival. Delighted with them and I'm sure will make fantastic gifts.”

“An absolute pleasure to buy from House of Malt. I phoned at about 3 p.m, spoke to a friendly, calm and helpful staff member and placed my order within the hour. My whisky arrived the next day, much to my surprise and was well packaged. Couldn't rate them highly enough. As for the Laguvilin 16, what can't i say about it? Bought for a very special occasion at an abolute bargain of a price. BM”
