“Shampoo is lovely, my dog got immediate relief from her bath, really did relieve her itching. Eardrops worked well, the powder, is more long term to know if it makes a difference, but she does take it when offered on a meal, that in itself is a bonus as she is very fussy over food! She is allergic to grass and foods, cannot tolerate any food that grew feathers!”

“My dog has been on this now for nearly 3 weeks and unfortunately I have not noticed any difference in her licking”

This product must be used continually for three months prior to flea season for best results. Less effective with dogs with compromised immune systems and older dogs. It looks like this has only just been delivered on Friday 31st May :)

“I’ve been using the herbycalm for few months not to sure if it’s working I’ve just got my first pot of this stuff hoping it will help my chow chow x shepherd with allergies also my little frenchie edit* the skin and fur hasn’t helped my chow chow x Gsd with his skin problems at all shame as not cheap for a few herbs”

“Unfortunately the Herbal Flea Protect has not worked effectively. Im a big fan of natural health products, and the dogs didnt mind having it administered which was a good sign, but this treatment didnt work for them. We are having to resort to using pharma products as the presence of fleas has increased.”

Our products are used as preventatives. Unfortunately, they will not kill off any fleas. x

“Lovely company fast delivery excellent with customer service. Just my personally experience I’ve found that the yeast support and skin and fur powders have actually made my dogs worse. Onto my second order of them and I’m needing to stop”

They may not have a yeast infection or need skin and due powder. Your dogs may have seasonal allergies and therefore the seasonal bundle would be better x

This is for a quick spritz if you're going anywhere with your dog. I would highly recommend trying our dry shampoo range as this keeps your dog smelling amazing and refreshed for longer x

“I’m into about the 4/5th day and no difference other than I think the herbal granules aren’t agreeing with her and she has been sick a couple of times.”

We're sorry to hear its making her sick. We do tend to say our blends take 3/4 weeks to get into a dogs system. All ingredients are natural, so it may be that she is intolerant to one of the ingredients.

If it is one of the blends you are on about, we recommend trying them mixed with natural yoghurt, doggy peanut butter or bone broth to help encourage fussy dogs to eat :) Hopefully this helps and gets easier x

“It was very strong smelling, dog would t go near it unless with strong smelling food like fish. After 2 weeks it got mould on the top in the containers.”

This will happen if they are not stored in a cool place. With our products having natural ingredients and no preservatives in, you need to make sure that this is stored correctly. The natural products do tend to have a smell with them being natural. I would also recommend wiping your dogs mouth after any use of our blends, just in case any gets left behind which may leave a smell too.

“Will be useful in milder weather. Bought this highly recommended item to thwart fleas and ticks, but frost returned typically. I can say myc2 dogs don't seem to mind the scent. I've rubs a couple drops into their coat, neck to tail.”

We would definitely recommend carrying on with yoru flea and tick treatments even in cooler weather as this works as a preventative. As soon as flea and tick season is hear, you will know your dog is covered and has been using it for a few weeks/months! Hope this helps :) x

“So far have seen no changes at all to my dog after taking the bundle. It has onyl been a couple of weeks so perhaps it will just take a bit longer with him. Product looks good and delivery was prompt just disappointing on the results for me.”

The calming blend has to be put into your dogs food every day without stopping to see a difference. Our tonic should be used an hour before any activity you need your dog to be calm for and they also need to be calm themself while giving it. We hope this helps! :) x
