“Saw an ad on tik tok that advertised you get a free dry mitt with the dry shampoo but never received the mitt so I was disappointed.”

Hi Melanie, unfortunately our products don't kill off any fleas that have already infected the animal. Our products work as a repellent and preventative, the use of these all the time should stop them coming back once they have disappeared. I hope this helps xx

“Unfortunately both my dogs itched more after I used it and the one of them had soft poo which he never has, won't be buying again.”

“Not sure it works,my dog has a flea infestation,I use spot on and added in the herbal,I'm now using an additional spray.It could be that there is a particularly bad flea season.”

Thank you for your review Sue, unfortunately if your pooch already has fleas our products do not kill the affected area. Once the fleas have gone, we do recommend using our products to prevent them coming back. I hope this helps x

“This is a lovely cream tried others find this to be best the reason I've given 3 * is I'd like it 3 x bigger has it helped my dogs itchy skin but would cost a fortune the size it is”

“Smells lovely… Great packaging. But as far as repelling fleas I’m not so sure.. Been using every day as advertised in instructions and one weekly for drops… Still I’m finding fleas. I bought this as an ‘inbetween’ treatments measure but it seems to have little to no effect… The spray maybe stops him chewing on himself temporarily but I’m guessing that’s because he does not like the taste.:: Like I said… smells great but fleas don’t seem repelled at all.. I’ve gone back to Amazon to order the regular stuff and forked out yet another £40 for a prescription flea collar plus £35 for vet consultation and £60 for injection…. 🫣”

“I’m not sure how to go about reviewing this item. There were no instructions with it in how to use it on a large breed dog. I’ve been giving my St Bernard 3 drops in her food but haven’t seen any discernible difference in her mobility but perhaps I should be giving her more? She’s a dog that’s about to turn 13 and has recently started to struggle to get up. At her last visit to the vet she was 45kgs so quite light for a big dog. I might up the dosage and see if that has any benefit.”

“The packaging gave no insight into how many days supply was in the tub. I have two 40kg German Shepherds and the tub lasted 6 days. Definitely not long enough to know if the product was effective at repelling ticks. I am continuing to use the weekly spot on, which should last 4-5 weeks I think.”

“As Iv only just started using these vitamins for my dog I can’t really give a review on whether there’s a difference or not just yet I do unfortunately think for the price of the tubs you don’t get much in them at all, I bought 3 tubs of 3 different vitamins for my dog which came to 50 odd pound and it didn’t even last 1 week. So I’m in two minds whether to purchase these again as it’s very pricey for the amount you get and the amount you have to use in order for your dog to get the right amount (it states on the tubs how much to give) I do however like the fact it’s easy enough to sprinkle onto his food and mix it in and he loved it! Definitely a good way to get those vitamins in if your dog won’t take tablets. I just wish there was more product for the price. We did also wait quite a long time for delivery considering we actually only like 5 minutes away from where this is based i order on a Wednesday and paid £3.95 for delivery and they didn’t come until the following Tuesday so quite a long time really. This is the only reason for the 3 stars as delivery took a while and not much product for the price so doesn’t last long.”
