“I bought the calming blend from you to try and help calm my dog down i understand that it takes a few weeks to get into there system but after buying 3 tubs and it not making a difference I guess it just doesn't work I'm pretty disappointed really and for obvious reasons I wont be buying again nor will I be recommending the calming blend either”

“Although it smells lovely. I’ve been using it once a day for a week as it recommends for a dog with fleas (only a small amount) and it doesn’t appear to have made any difference.”

Unfortunately, you will need to consult your vet if your dog already has fleas. Our products are used as a preventative.

“Out of 30 items I had roughly about 10 Emailed them but wouldn't do anything about it .so ended up paying for ten treats .my dogs abso love them though Wouldn't use again .found cheaper on tick tock shop and more for the value”

I am so sorry to hear about this Ceri. All our treat boxes are triple checked and weighed before pick up from Royal Mail. We now have all our treat boxes pre packed and therefore impossible for this to happen. Thanks HDC

“Never received it as apparently 2 attemps of delivery was tryd and I wasn't in even tho I had nothing to say anyone had been plus don't see why it could have been left with a neighbour so I wouldn't know what the products are like as my money was refunded an I never got them.”

“Can’t get my French bulldog to take it as it’s like curry powder he is sick with it bought the 2 tubs n shampoo but has been a waste tried peanut butter cottage cheese youghart wasted food trying it gutted”

“I love the concept of herbal products, I purchased the advent in the sale, such good value. But the flea treatment is yellow like olive oil & as stained our white frenchie, unfortunately we will know longer use this product, pretty disappointing.”

“Heard good reviews but my dog knew as soon as it was in his food it's got a very pungent smell, tried him with it twice but would not go near it.. Disappointed as it was a waste of money!”

“Has had absolutely zero effect on my dog, I’ve been using the powder daily (required amount) on both meals since I received it and there’s no difference. The drops have also had zero effect too. In short I wouldn’t recommend felt like a waste of money.”

“I received this product quickly. It is in a nice container.unfortunately my dog passed away with pancreatis before I was even able to try him on this herbal treatment. Feeling sad I didn't know about this product sooner. Now am left With an unopened product will donate it. Don't know how to return it or if able to.”

“So far we haven't really noticed a difference. Our dog is still super itchy, it's still trying to scratch, and bite himself and still has a ton of dandruff. We have bathed him 5 times with the special shampoo, spray him twice a day with the "soothing" spray, and give him two teaspoons of the herbal medicine a day since he's a bigger dog, yet still nothing.”
