Hi Carol, I can see from our last conversation that we advised apple cider vinegar can cause dogs stools to be slightly looser if they aren't used to having it in their diets, or if they have sensitive stomachs. We would never advise to persevere with a product that is causing diarrhoea. You did state your dog has a sensitive stomach so an ingredient in the products just might not be suitable for your dog. x

“I have ordered from Herbal Dog Co twice. My dog uses 3 different powders. My first order of powders one of them ran out two weeks before the other two, even though they are meant to have equal amounts inside each tub. When my second order arrived the following month I weighed each tub and the amount in each one is drastically different and does not meet the advertised amount inside. I have emailed Herbal Dog Co and received no response on the matter.”

“We have been using this product for the last month or so very disappointed both our dogs are being treated and hasn't worked at all. This is the first time I can remember having trouble with fleas and so after reading some of the reviews we decided to try this..Waste of money..”

“You remove the honest reviews that reveal the reality of your product! How dare you operate so dishonestly. Your flea product is a total joke and to be told, after shelling out £25 believing the claims in your advert, to go to the vet for some chemical to address the flea issue is absolutely outrageous. You should be thoroughly ashamed trading in this way. Misinformation and misrepresentation.”

“Haven’t received my item have sent multiple emails to ask for the new tracking number which was meant to be provided had nothing back , so not only have i not received my item but also out of pocket as well. Have used the products before and its a shame as i think there good.”

“My private TikTok account was put up in 2 of their sales videos without my consent, girl refuses to take this down even though it’s against rules to share personal info & blocked both of my accounts. Videos are still up. Please avoid, jolleyes pet store is a lot cheaper & they don’t treat potential customers this way by outing personal profiles on public platforms”

You must always make sure your dogs cortisol levels are down and the tonic is administered at least 30 minutes before the event you need them to be calm for x

“Packaging looked fab. Smelt like vinegar the dogs were not keen on it. Carried on with it daily for 30 days, but sadly did not see any difference at all in regards to calming.”

“I am very disappointed, ordered a load of stuff from this company 3 and half weeks ago. Still no idea where my parcel is, very little help tracking it down and told by customer service I have to deal with it when the courier says the seller has to chase it up. I was so looking forward to getting these products as I have been wanting to try them for months but if I ever receive my items it will be the last order I place.”
