“Unfortunately, the Flea and tick spot on and spray were no match for the ticks in the Scottish Highlands which is a real shame because it's so easy to use and smells lovely”

Hey Miss, if its one of our support powders please bare in mind it takes weeks for the herbs to build up and get into their system. We have seen results from 2 days but it generally takes 3-4 weeks. xxx

“I have an itchy frenchie, i asked what the best products would be on a live stream and you suggested the products i pucharsed. However the products have seemed to make her itching worse. I have had to put her in dog socks to stop her chewing her paws, worse than she was. And her belly is in a bad way after using the dry shampoo and supplements.”

Hey Stephanie, we are so sorry to hear this, its awful seeing them suffer from allergies. Drop us an email to hello@herbaldogco.com and let us know what the allergies are and which products you are using. None of our products contain any chemicals a dog could react to as they're completely natural but if your dog has sensitivities its important to check ingredients. Please also bare in mind it takes at least 2 weeks for powders to get into their systems so it can take a good few weeks until you see any changes. x

“I can't comment because at the moment it doesn't seem to be helping my French bulldog . Also I tried to contact the company before Christmas for help trying to trace my order and they never responded to any of my emails.”

Please let us know if your issue has been resolved. “So this product arrived promptly which is great, however sadly the scent is so subtle it's undetectable once sprayed on my pup. He isn't smelly but I like him to smell relatively fresh and this, unfortunately, did nothing.”

Hi Jessica, i'm guessing you have used our subtle marshmallow scent, if your looking for something stronger i would recommend coconut or orange & bergamot :) Thanks for the feedback xx

Hey Andrew, sorry you find this poor quality for the money you spent. These 3 products should supply you with a years worth of shampoo, conditioner & deo spray for a year. This works out as just £3.84 a month, our shampoo can be used neat or diluted so it can last even longer. If your not satisfied we are more than happy for you to return these and we can issue a refund. Feel free to drop us an email at hello@herbaldogco.com so we can get this issue resolved for you :) xx

“Great idea but sent my dog into a weird mood when I gave her the recommended dose. Will I use again? Probably not Would I recommend? Difficult to say. Despite a great idea I don’t think product is suitable for every dog as combination herbal preparations can have side effects with ‘some’ pet biological systems may process differently and/or absorb faster than expected. Next time I won’t buy such a large order!!”
