Not sure why but it didn’t do anything to my French bulldog maybe my dog too wild for it but didn’t even touch the sides

Hi, if you let us know the reason for using the drops we can advise on how to use. They wont be effective on a dog if their cortisol levels have risen x

Unfortunately flea spray and drops have made no difference to my dogs fleas despite buying multiple products. However the tranquility drops seem to work well, I drop a little onto a treat. Would recommend

Our flea products work as a preventive and unfortunately does not get rid of the infestation. If you already have fleas on your dog, you will need to consult your vet. Thank you for your comments on the tranquility drops also xx

My order was placed a week ago. Notification received with a tracking number saying items dispatched. Royal Mail has no record of the item. The Herbal Dog Company has not replied to my emails and their phone number goes to answerphone.

the shampoo is okay in terms of lather and it helps remove dirt from my dogs coat - so as a basic shampoo its fine but the promised scent is non existent, it barely smells when it is put on the coat and once teh dogs are dry then you cant detect it all. my dogs are rough coated but other shampoos certainly have a scent for day one and usually into days 2 and 3 - this had nothing. would not buy again. expensive but performs like a supermarket cheapo brand

I've been using the flea and tick powder with my dog for the last few months and found out yesterday that my dog has fleas. The product is a nice idea but it just doesn't work, I was using it daily and now I will be using even more chemicals than I would with a normal spot-on flea treatment as the whole house needs to be sprayed with flea repellent, I will also be doing laundry for the next week!

I have got the flea and tick blend also the flea protection drops. And my dogs seem to have more fleas than they did in the first place they smell like curry i do not see how thos is supost to help. I spent alot of money on this stuff thinking it would help and its only getting worse. I have flea bombed my house twice in every room since doing this and iam very disappointed and very unhappy like my dogs. Fuming is an understatement

She's been on this for over a week and she's still itching as much as ever 😩. Not made a difference at all. Bought the shampoo as well

This review does not relate to the products it relates to poor service. Once I have tried the goods I will update the review. Ordered 23.10.2023 received 07.11.2023, 24 hour tracked paid for! 24.10.2023 received an email dispatched. 3 days later as status had not changed (Royal Mail Tracking not progressed from despatched). Tried calling, answerphone advising email, emailed asking what was happening with my order. As no response after 24 hours and having paid with PayPal raised a complaint via PayPal. Email responded to after 48 hours. Got contradictory information in answers from PayPal contact and direct contact with Herbal Dog. PayPal response advised they were busy and I had only paid standard delivery! 30.10.2023 email saying my parcel is with Royal Mail, tracking should update today. Message received via PayPal, your goods will be despatched 1.11.2023! 1.11.2023 checked Royal Mail Tracking, goods still showing as despatched 24.10.2023. 02.11.2023 contacted Herbal Dog, response said, there must be an issue, will contact Royal Mail and reship if they can't tell us where the package is! 03.11.2023 email received informing me Royal Mail can't find the package so they have reshipped a replacement. Goods finally received 7.11.2023, 15 days from date of order. Not the kind of service you expect.

Unfortunately this product did not have a good outcome. My dog went into a complete frenzy. Very very lively the complete opposite to what was expected

Used as directed on both my dogs, even upped the dose on the 3rd week but this product has no effect, even when applied directly to a tick it did nothing, very dissapointed

Hi, your , All Natural Flea & Tick Spot On For Dogs & Puppies , does not work , we applied for one drop per day for a week then one drop per week after that, but our dogs fleas have now got more worse, and I did ask about a question on this product to you by email and you never got back to me, so not a happy customer.

We are so sorry that you did not get a response. Please get in touch with us again so we can follow up on this. Our products are a preventative measure so unfortunately, medical intervention is sometimes necessary to combat a flea infestation.

Paid for 48 hour tracked delivery took about 5 days to arrive and when I asked for a refund on the postage I was told in a polite way that it wasn't their problem. I understand the company doesn't control royal mail however I've had the occasional issue with postage in the past when ordering from other companies and they have refunded me & opened a dispute with royal mail. This is also how we deal with postage issues at the company I work for. I have seen no improvement in my dog from either the shampoo or spray. I dont hold out much hope for the supplement. I feel the customer service has been fairly naff so this has been my first & last order.
