“Hamper was a Christmas present and I believe was great. However it wasn't delivered until 30/12 which spoilt the experience somewhat.”

“Whilst the hamper was very well received by the recipient, the let down was the failure to deliver on the due day as a result of human error. This was openly admitted and the delivery charge has been credited to my account. As the problem was dealt with honestly, I will use Hay Hampers again in the future.”

“Product fine but I specified and paid for delivery on 30/12 after Xmas as was for a birthday present in January not for Xmas”

“Lovely hampers when they eventually arrived. Ordered 2 as gifts, on the 28/11/21 to arrive on the 17/12/2021. After a phone call to find out why they hadn’t arrived was told they weren’t dispatched to DPD until the 20/12/21. One arrived on the 21/12 the other on the 22/12. I paid extra for them to be delivered on my chosen date! My advice would be to order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.”
