“Absolute rip off, the contents of a £24 hamper only come to £9.30. It is basically 8 tiny, tiny bags of snack/crisps that were all crushed and tasted hideous. 100% Vegano made me throw up. Not even good for the garden birds or gulls to eat. I complained to Hay Hampers but they were useless. Please do not waste your money on their goods, it will be an insult to your loved ones. The one star is too high a review.”

“Ordered 2 hampers a fortnight ago and was impressed with the quality of service and product (both presentation and contents). Great to find a savoury hamper too and at very reasonable prices. Have since ordered 2 more and Hay Hampers will now be my go-to company when looking for gifts. Thank you!”

“I'm quite disappointed with the service, so far. When I ordered the vegan Christmas Hamper, the idea I had in mind was that it would be delivered to my friends in Australia on the 1st of December. The item was only prepared to be sent out on the 29th of November and with parcel strikes, it was inevitable that thus was not possible. I should have been notified of the delay and advised of a realistic date when the parcel would arrive. Today is the 8th of December and the only information I have us that it has been exported from the UK. This isn't good customer service, I am very disappointed, and would not use it again.”

“My latest three purchases are for Christmas presents so have not been delivered yet. I understand from the recipients that my August purchase was very well received. I did want to say how helpful Mike has been on both occasions I have had to phone. Originally because there was a problem with entering several addresses & today because one of them decided to go abroad & Mike kindly changed the delivery for tomorrow. I am unable to answer the remaining questions as the other deliveries are not due till 20th December!”

“Hay Hampers definitely had the best value of all the hampers we looked at. We wanted to send someone a gift as a thank you, and chose the Italian cheese hamper. The company were so helpful when I rang with a couple of issues. From no fault of their own (because of postal strikes) parcelforce cancelled my delivery, so I rang Hay and the helpful lady said she'd get another one out to me and stop the first. Unfortunately for them, both arrived together the next day. I emailed Hay and they told me to keep the other one, which I felt was wrong, but they insisted. There was so much in it, we couldn't believe, and beautifully packed. We took the other one to the recipient and she was very thrilled, saying "Thank you both so very much indeed for the very beautiful and delicious hamper which you so kindly delivered on Saturday. It was such fun to open the box and find all of the delicacies nestling amongst the hay! The cheese and wine has already been enjoyed and is going down a treat!" I would definitely use Hay Hampers again and highly recommend them.”
