“Hamper options were excellent, and gift was well received. Check-out process was a little clunky defaulting recipient details as the account details, resetting this was a bit fiddly but achieved it in the end.”

“A good variety of hampers to choose from to suit all tastes & budget. Ordering process quick & simple, delivery was a day later than planned but to be expected at times.. I would recommend to anyone looking for ideas to make someone’s day that little more special!”

“The hamper itself was good and received good reviews from recipients. However, delivery was to be in time for Christmas with the last delivery date being 23/12/2021, the hamper arrived on this date, disappointing it was not earlier, despite making an order well in advance.”

“Used for years, always very good. This year missed Christmas delivery. They had a system glitch but my hampers were delivered the day after I followed up. Stuff happens and they fixed it promptly. Will continue to use them happily.”

“Quality of Hampers good Communication not very good. Information given on web site that delivery would be made between the 6th Dec and 21st Dec . Delivery not made until 23rd and 24.”

“All recipients enjoyed their cheese boards but although I received a refund two deliveries were late and one recipient had taken a short holiday and the cheese board could not be withdrawn as the present had already been picked & packed”

“Delivered as requested. Felt I paid a lot for the delivery over £11 . Hamper itself was ok, 2 bottles of wine, cheese biscuits, nuts and 2 pieces of cheese and a jar of piccalilli . Sadly postage cost would put me off ordering again .”
