“The hamper I ordered was fantastic and the recipient loved it. My only niggle is that it was delivered a day later than requested.”

“I am very happy with my order. It was great value for money and the quality of the produce was fantastic. I'd order again in a heartbeat. I'm only taking one star away for delivery. It was a gift and the delivery company delivered it to neighbours because my friend was out. But they didn't send me an email to confirm the delivery or put a note through my friends door to say it was with the neighbour. So it took a day to track down. Which isn't good for perishable products.”

“I ordered a hamper basket for my clients. They loved it very much. One thing I felt strange, on the card were provided my personal details and contact number. I felt very upset with that as I would not want my personal number to be shared with customers, to end up with calls at 9pm. I never had this issue before.”

“The hamper was ok but it was delivered a day late and would have been sitting unrefrigerated in the deliverer warehouse. Misrouted by the carrier.This was not Hay Hampers fault. I know it has some products in a cold bag . The Victoria sandwich doesn’t appear fresh and was not in any cool bag. The hamper looked nice and was enjoyed by the recipient although not on her birthday as hoped. I think this would have been a better experience had it been delivered on time but this has made me unsure as to whether I would use them again. In fairness when I informed them they did state if the contents were not ok then they would replace. But given the contents I would have been happier if a replacement had been sent regardless or some discount given to encourage my confidence in placing another order.”

“Contents as expected and much enjoyed by the recipient (bought as a present). However, the ice block had melted by the time the parcel arrived (actually 4 hours earlier than advised) - consequently, would think twice about ordering in hot weather.”
