“Having found out too late that the recipient of ordered hamper had moved, the staff at Hay Hampers moved heaven and earth to try to trace and send on the package. They were so kind, understanding as well as efficient and made sure I was kept in the loop at all times. The problem is now thankfully resolved and I'm very grateful, in particular to Jen. “I recently ordered a wine, cheese & nibbles hamper as a thank you gift, (my first time using this particular site). On delivery I saw there had been a minor mix up with the order, which I emailed the company about to express my disappointment. My first surprise was the speed at which my email was responded to, the second was an immediate offer to rectify the mix up and the third was the speed at which the replacement was received by the recipient, (all this happened within the space of about 4 working days on the back of my sending one short email, wow! I was so surprised at such excellent customer service as I frequently order on-line gifts for delivery and often there are mix ups, late deliveries etc which, when I've expressed my disappointment, I often receive an apology for....eventually, but rarely any offer to rectify the issue. As I've already voiced to the company, I will always be using them.for my future Hamper needs and recommending them 100%, to everyone I know. Well done Hays Hampers Ltd! With gratitude Maura Moran”
