Having found out too late that the recipient of ordered hamper had moved, the staff at Hay Hampers moved heaven and earth to try to trace and send on the package. They were so kind, understanding as well as efficient and made sure I was kept in the loop at all times. The problem is now thankfully resolved and I'm very grateful, in particular to Jen.
