“Hi I can give you a review on your service and customer service unfortunately I haven’t received the product yet as the delivery driver left the parcel in a silly place and it has gone missing DHL would not like a review from me Rebecca and Tloola(sorry about the spelling) were very helpful and are currently trying to sort a replacement”

“The couriers they use are not reliable or helpful, they also do not provide tracking. Ordered garden furniture and not received a week later. Was told the courier had called and text me to deliver. I had no call and no text. I was then given the couriers number to call myself and arrange delivery. Courier agreed to deliver this morning and took my partners number to call when they were on there way. Didnt turn up so chased them again to be told we are not down for delivery today or any other day but said they could maybe deliver tomorrow! After explaining the situation they finally agreed to deliver this evening”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order two weeks ago, which was supposedly out for delivery the next day... then the next... then the delivery driver ran out of time, then it got sent back, then the next delivery didn't materialise. I am so fed up with wasting so much of my time phoning DAILY just to find out where my purchase is!! It's a scam!! Still no delivery!!”

This is not the usual service with Garden Mall, nor our Manufacturer. “I ordered a small patio table and two chairs which arrived after only a couple of days. I'm very pleased with the items and the simple cleaning and maintenance instructions. The assembly was simple and the finished articles are exactly what I needed”

“Easy to place order and goods were received when expected. Unfortunately one of the handles on the bucket had come off during transit. I would have returned for a replacement but the bucket was necessary for a particular purpose on that day. However I would be happy to order from this company again.”
