“My purchase was handled promptly, however whichever member of staff packed my order needs to be trained in how to wrap. I purchased 5 decorative birds with real feathers. Very delicate items. They were stuffed into a box that was way too small ie 14 x 12 cms. The birds weren't individually bubble or tissue paper wrapped. Consequently one of the birds had a broken tail feather. Yes, I was offered a refund- not the point”
