“It is not very good! I was hoping for something softer but then I suppose it would have to be filled with feathers instead of hard beads. Very expensive for what it is. The cost of the beads and cover can't be more than £20 giving them about a £100 profit!”

Hi Ronnie, we do tend to send too much filling with our bean bags as the beans are pumped full of air which deflate after continued use. If you find it uncomfortable initially we recommend taking some of the filling out and storing it in a box (if you have the room!) until the beans have settled down. Please be mindful that all of our products are made here in the UK to a very high standard so that profit margin would be very off!- Megan

“This bean bag was not worth the money. The pictures look so smart and comfortable, but in the home pretty awful. My daughter has just set up home and I bought it for her as a surprise. Soooo disappointed!”

“Delivery took almost 20 days to arrive. My order was misplaced and when I received it, I looks smaller than what I ordered (I checked sizes before buy)”

Hi David, when placing your order there would have been calendar to select a delivery date, I'm sorry if this was confusing! I can see on your tracking information you requested for it to be left in a safe place, was it misplaced after this? If you had let me know I could have chased the couriers up about this. If you wanted to exchange for a bigger size, let me know. - Megan

“I ordered the product on a Saturday for a Tuesday delivery. On Tuesday only part of the order came, so I had to take an extra day off on Wednesday to wait for the delivery. I asked if I can change the delivery address a day before, but they said it's too late.”

“I experienced a lot of delays in receiving this order; I was told they would receive the material for my order a week after I ordered, 2 weeks later I was told they still hadn't made it. All in all, I received something I ordered on the 6th of Nov by the 30th Nov”
