“When I took out the portable BBG from the main carton I found a rattling noise, it was a lose nut from one of the four bottom legs, I was able to refit the nut to the screw, who ever packed the items into the main carton should have heard the noise and sorted the problem before dispatched the order.”

“Ì had the granite hearth and it was lovely. Easy to follow instructions for measuring. Absolutely thrilled. The only downfall was that there was a delay with the courier and I had to chase it up twice. If this had not happened I would gave given 5 stars”
