“I was having difficulty in sourcing an Ash Pan for a very awkwardly shaped and size of Wood burning Stove. Eventually, after looking for many options I found Grate Fireplace Accessories. Chris at GFA was able to source the perfect Ash Pan in minutes and had it delivered in 3 days. The cost was not enough, the delivery was supersonic and the Pan was perfect.”

“Unfortunately our Frete arrived damaged after telephoning it was agreed to replace broken Frete all down to delivery service not giving enough care and the packaging did not have enough support only cardboard packaging could have done with something more robust So still on order and waiting for replacement to arrive hopefully undamaged”

“Grate arrived promptly and does the job. It's heavy, being cast iron. I couldn't get a match to my old one and this is a little smaller but fits in the gap and the dimensions are as described. After a few fires it is still settling in but appears to be good quality etc.”
