“As ordered well packed and efficient service. Lovely to have new parts especially the grate but now I have much easier access to the ash pan. I ordered the wrong fire back brick as I measured it without making allowances for the space needed on either side for the side bricks. I am currently using my old broken one but it works. I hope this is useful for anyone else as I can see for the unfamiliar it is an easy mistake to make.”

“Thanks for such a great service. Our stove glass cracked on Tuesday. I ordered a replacement on Tuesday mid day and it arrived yesterday so we could fit it and get our stove lit again. Much appreciated especially in this cold weather . Thank you”
