“I had some difficulty getting the computer to accept my payment by card. Phoned 'Grate Fireplaces', spoke with a member of staff, Jo, who processed my order and accepted the payment over the phone. All dealt with very quickly, the grate arrived within a few days, well packaged to prevent any damage. Very satisfied with the service. (the only downside is that the website doesn't let me give 5 stars!!).”

“Quoted 3 weeks for a new fire insert. Ready in 2 weeks, great service. Also ordered new coals, arrived next morning after placing order, again service a lot faster than expected. Definitely no complaints 👍”
