“I needed a new cast-iron grate for my fireplace. Placed the order over the 'phone (spoke to a REAL person as I needed to check the dimensions), and collected the grate the same day. This is the second time I've bought fireplace accessories from 'Grate Fireplace Accessories'; on both occasions, the staff were ultra-efficient, the products excellent and the prices very competitive. 10+/10 to all concerned!”
