“Ordered a fire grate and a pan. The grate is ideal, solid and does the job perfectly. The pan is very thin and has burnt through the resistant layer after 2 fires. There is one place in the pan where it appears a hole is about to burn completely through, it is certainly cracked. Not ideal with the price of postage we paid to NI.”

“I originally left a review to say part of my fender was damaged. Grate fireplaces read the review and have certainly put things right for us. They have ordered a new part and it's being sent in the post. They have contacted me at each stage with an update and offered their apologies. They are easy to contact via email and they do reply!! Peace of mind to know if you have a problem they will sort it quickly for you. Very pleasant experience throughout and I highly recommend them.”

“I ordered a coal bunker paid for it to come the next day I didn’t get it for another week and 5 calls and emails later Very poor service The coal bunker was great when it arrived Shame it took so long”

“Ordering from the website was easy. Delivery was fairly quick. Unfortunately, the fireplace fender arrived damaged. The corner bars were in the box but were not connected because the corner piece that should have been screwed into place to hold the bars in place is damaged because the screw threads will not tighten”
