“I ordered fire-proof glass. The team were very helpful by phone and email. The glass arrived quickly at the size ordered. The edges are slightly rough but it serves its purpose in my oven door.”

“This is absolute rubbish, tried linking it together but metal is so thin and sharp that I cut my hand in the process, and it still does not link in properly. AVOID THIS PRODUCT AT ALL COSTS.”

“A fairly rare stove the Tiger MFS (multi fuel stove). Needed firebricks that were badly cracked and a missing ash pan. Grate Fireplaces Accessories had the parts. Delivered and installed with no problems. Working good.”

“I was really impressed with everything actually. I loved the tool on the website for taking the measurements of my fireplace, I love the output it gave which enabled me to find the correct size grate. Incidentally I had spent months looking for something which fitted properly, then when I phoned Grate fireplaces just to confirm I had found the correct size, the lady I actually spoke to was also amazingly helpful. As a result of the fire grate I ordered including the ash pan fits perfectly like a glove I couldn’t be happier!”

“The FireFox 8 Gas Matrix & Coal Kit I ordered arrived within 3 days, but unfortunately arrived broken. I contacted customer services, who were excellent. A replacement kit was dispatched immediately and arrived 2 days later. I cannot fault the service I received from this company, they are professional, efficient and friendly; I can fully recommend Grate Fireplace Accessories and will certainly use them again in the future.”
