“Website was easy to use and ordering was straightforward. We paid a little extra for next day delivery and were slightly disappointed that it was a few days before the parts were even dispatched. This meant delivery was not next day, taking about a week instead. However delivery was efficient and we were notified of the delivery day in advance. The courier was efficient and polite.”

“I placed and paid for my order but after some delay had to chase up the order. The customer services of the company were extremely friendly, apologetic and very efficient in reporting back to me. However, I am still waiting for a refund of one of the items that was out of stock and the reed fire wood basket bears little resemblance to the image on line. The workmanship is shoddy and disappointing.”

I have had a look at your order and I can see that a refund was processed on 14th January, back to the original payment method. You may just wish to check your bank to ensure that has come through. With regards to the log basket, I am sorry to hear that it was not what you had expected. If you'd like to send this product back to us, we'd be happy to offer a full refund for this also. “Good website, full of useful information about period fireplaces, grates and accessories. Competitive prices. Very helpful and informed staff on the phone. Excellent delivery (we chose standard but our grate arrived in 48 hours). The grate was a perfect fit, was well packaged and came with useful instructions. If I could give six stars I would !
