Piece well pack, arrived intact, exact fit. Price appropriate - you pay for what you get and this is glass proof to 8oo degrees.... Jyst had it fitted and my front room's back to toasty. All in all, a thoroughly professional and friendly service.”

“I had some difficulty getting the computer to accept my payment by card. Phoned 'Grate Fireplaces', spoke with a member of staff, Jo, who processed my order and accepted the payment over the phone. All dealt with very quickly, the grate arrived within a few days, well packaged to prevent any damage. Very satisfied with the service. (the only downside is that the website doesn't let me give 5 stars!!).”
