We have looked into your order and we can see that you purchased late on Tuesday on a free 2-3 day service. The parcel should have arrived with you by Monday at the latest. I have checked the tracking and it was in deed a day late.

Thank you for taking the time to review Golf Shoes. I have taken a look at your order and I can see that we did have a stock error with the shoes. We do run a live stock website and we work very hard to keep it accurate, however on this occasion we were unable to locate your order.
We did call you straight away to advise of the error and followed this up with an email with some alternative shoes.
Once again I apologise for the error and hope you will shop with us again in the future.
