“Was advised I would receive them on Tuesday. Had an email from Evri saying I'd get them soon. Contacted golf shoes on Tuesday who said they'd only just been picked up. Got an email from Evri saying that they now had them. Thursday still waiting.”

The next working day pick up after the bank holiday weekend was Tuesday 2nd April I have tracked your order and you received it on Thursday the 4th April. Your delivery was delayed by 1 day. I have also checked your order and can confirm you were not charged postage.

“My shoe size is normally an 11, but with golf shoes I go a size larger, to compensate thicker sports socks.
These size 12 I ordered I struggled to get them on, even using a shoe horn, they were very tight, I think, because they were a very narrow fit.
Unfortunately I had to return them, shame, nice shoe.

We called you say this was an error with the website and we were unable to send the balls out for zero cost.
We did however refund you £3.95 as you were charged postage.
I am sorry you felt judged this was not our intention at all.

“What was disappointing is the amount of time it took to inform me my product was out of stock after receiving an order and shipping confirmation? This was impacted especially as it was a birthday present and time sensitive, good thing I ordered early and was able to buy elsewhere. Once informed they did refund and apologised very quickly with promise of compensation voucher.”

“The shoes I ordered were listed as a sale item and with 1 pair left in stock. After having my eye on these for a while I snapped at the chance to order. The product page was very informative and the order process really straightforward. Delivery was even prompt arriving a few days before expected.
The downside was that the shoes were very clearly either pre-owned & previously returned or an ex-demo pair with various outer creases but nothing too upsetting. The major concerns being a slight upturn on the inner sole which didn’t give me that new shoe feeling along with a very damaged box. Not what I was expecting from a brand that comes across very slick and professional. Ultimately you get what you pay for.”

I have gone through our email trail and I feel the customer service you received was exceptional, we replied to every email looking to resolve the situation as efficiently as possible. You said you paid for special delivery, and wanted compensation for this. Again, I looked into your order and this was on a FREE next day service. As a gesture of goodwill we refunded what would have been the postage costs immediately.
I am sorry you feel that you feel you are unable to shop with us again.
