“Order a pair of golf shoes for my partner. Order came but shoes too small so did an exchange order for next size up. Sent shoes back using the recommended courier service. It has showed that shoes have been returned and new shoes have been dispatched. This was a month ago and still no shoes but have my money. Not good customer service at all”

Thank you for taking the time to review Golf Shoes. We read every review as your experience is very important to us. I have checked your order and I can see you purchased the original pair of shoes on June 30th and we received the returned pair on 8th July. We then sent out the new shoes on 9th July via Royal Mail.
I have checked the tracking and it looks like it has been lost in transit. We were unaware of this, until this review. Please accept our apologies and I can confirm another pair will be sent to you on Monday for next day delivery.

We have looked into your order and you purchased on Saturday 6th July at 10.12pm. We can see you chose a free next working day service. In this instance you should have received your order on Tuesday 9th July.
We can see we contacted you straight away advising that your order would be slightly delayed and refunded £5 for the inconvenience. You received your shoes 2 days later on 11th July.
We have also tracked your return, this was delivered yesterday and we will be looking to refund today.
We apologise for the delay and inconvenience caused and hope this experience will not stop you shopping with us in the future.

“Shoes came scuffed and stained out the box. I returned them and staff contacted me promptly, were very polite, gave an explanation for defect and rectified the situation very quickly. Would give then another go.”
