Unfortunately we did not realise you were not in receipt of the shoes until you posted this review, we then got in touch with you immediately and sent a new pair out to you on a next day service. We have checked and can see that you are now in receipt of your order.

We have looked into your order and you originally ordered the incorrect size. You emailed this to us and we replied immediately advising that the shoe size requested was not available.
You then chose an alternative shoe and this was sent straight out to you. We are unsure to what you are referring to in your review and after looking into this we responded to your emails swiftly and sourced an alternative shoe for you.

“Order a pair of golf shoes for my partner. Order came but shoes too small so did an exchange order for next size up. Sent shoes back using the recommended courier service. It has showed that shoes have been returned and new shoes have been dispatched. This was a month ago and still no shoes but have my money. Not good customer service at all”

I have checked your order and I can see you purchased the original pair of shoes on June 30th and we received the returned pair on 8th July. We then sent out the new shoes on 9th July via Royal Mail.
I have checked the tracking and it looks like it has been lost in transit. We were unaware of this, until this review. Please accept our apologies and I can confirm another pair will be sent to you on Monday for next day delivery.

I have looked at your order and I can see that you sent the shoes back to us as you deemed them as faulty. The shoes were purchased on the 4th May and sent straight out to you on a next day service. You then returned them to us and you were refunded on 7th May.This I think is a very quick turnaround.
I can confirm you were charged return postage which was an error and this has since been refunded.
Considering everything, I do think the 1 Star review was slightly harsh.

The next working day pick up after the bank holiday weekend was Tuesday 2nd April I have tracked your order and you received it on Thursday the 4th April. Your delivery was delayed by 1 day. I have also checked your order and can confirm you were not charged postage.

I can see that your order is at the Edinburgh depot and has not moved since the 28th December. I will contact Royal Mail this morning and if the parcel is deemed as lost we will issue you another pair of shoes immediately.

We do run a live stock website and we work really hard to keep it accurate, however on this occasion we were unable to locate it. We can see from our records that we contacted you immediately by phone advising of the error and we asked if you would like us to source them direct from the supplier. You agreed to this. We then followed this up with an email advising that the shoes had been ordered and there would be a 5 day lead time.
We can see see that you are now in receipt of the shoes and you received them within the time frame given.
