I have looked into your order and I can see that you ordered on Good Friday. The next working day pick up after the bank holiday weekend was Tuesday 2nd April I have tracked your order and you received it on Thursday the 4th April. Your delivery was delayed by 1 day. I have also checked your order and can confirm you were not charged postage.

I can see that your order is at the Edinburgh depot and has not moved since the 28th December. I will contact Royal Mail this morning and if the parcel is deemed as lost we will issue you another pair of shoes immediately.

Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf. We have looked into your order and we can see that we did have a stock error with this item. We do run a live stock website and we work really hard to keep it accurate, however on this occasion we were unable to locate it. We can see from our records that we contacted you immediately by phone advising of the error and we asked if you would like us to source them direct from the supplier. You agreed to this. We then followed this up with an email advising that the shoes had been ordered and there would be a 5 day lead time.
We can see see that you are now in receipt of the shoes and you received them within the time frame given.

“The courier DPD local is a shambles, had to drive an hour away to pick it up from a local pick up point! Couldn’t rearrange delivery only option was to pick it up! Very poor from them! Saying that the shipped it out within 2 days”

As discussed over the phone there was a glitch with your order and it did not pull through to the front end of the website. You ordered on 21st late evening and upon receipt of your call on 27th, we immediately sent your shoes out on a next day delivery. This order was late, and we apologise for this.
I can see you have reordered again from us since which is good to know you have not lost confidence in us.

I have looked into your order and I can see it was delivered to the incorrect house. We do use DPD and Royal Mail as our couriers as we have found them to be the most reliable, unfortunately on this occasion this was not the case.

“I am a size 11.5 and have been for 60 years.The size 12 I recently received are unwearable as I cannot walk in them due to being too tight.So disappointed as everyone I know that have bought these shoes have told me how comfortale they are.”
