Thank you for taking the time to review Golf Shoes. Your experience is important to us as we are alwas striving to give the best possible service. I have looked at your order and I can see that you sent the shoes back to us as you deemed them as faulty. The shoes were purchased on the 4th May and sent straight out to you on a next day service. You then returned them to us and you were refunded on 7th May.This I think is a very quick turnaround.
I can confirm you were charged return postage which was an error and this has since been refunded.
Considering everything, I do think the 1 Star review was slightly harsh.

“Excellent fitting and great comfort in the heel. I got a half size larger than I usually do, this was due to high instep and wanted a bit more room & comfort in the heel area. All and all I highly recommend these golf shoes. They also look great & reasonably priced”
