What we can do, is if you do decide to buy again we can refund the postage charge on this order.

Thank you for taking the time to review Golf Shoes. Your experience is very important to us. With regards to exchanges, I can confirm we pride ourselves on a quick turnaround. Once we are in receipt of your returned item/items, they are dealt with within 24 hours.
I have looked into your order and we can see that you sent back your shoes on 18th March. Your return was scanned back into us on 20th March, and the replacement shoes were sent out to you on 22nd March, I can see you emailed in at 5.36pm on the 21st and we replied back to you the following morning at 8.20am.
After reviewing all the information, all in all I feel that the service you received was exceptional.

Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf your experience is very important to us. I have looked at your order and you did indeed order and receive the Skechers Torque shoes, these are a lace up shoe.
“Not received yet as delivery driver has not found anyone in.
Only options are deliver to your address or neighbour or safe box.
Delivery should allow you to write leave in safe place in my porch - but not an option so still waiting after 1 week. Now parcel has been sent back to sender !!”

Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf, we read all the reviews always striving to give the best customer service possible. We did have a safe place as an option previously. However, we found that things were getting stolen and also they are left at your own risk and you as the customer and us as the retailer were not insured.
We find that haven taken this service off there are less mis deliveries and also a better service overall. Please remember that you can ask for the orders to be sent to a pick up shop.

“I received 2 pair of shoes I ordered as I was unsure of UK sizing with the US brand so I needed to order two different sizes. The website wasn’t clear on the size difference. One pair was in fact correct. I submitted a return and sadly the shoes I was returning were stolen in the place I left them for Royal mail to collect. I have never experienced this in the 4 years I lived at this address so I don’t know who would have seen the return information online to know there was a package waiting for collection. I’ve attached a photo of the box that was waiting for collection and opened with goods missing.
In this case I lose the £39 return. However the shows I kept are a perfect fit.”
“I ordered an Item shown as in stock on website, but this was not correct. The company emailed me to explain and processed the refund quickly. Efficient, but disappointed to not receive the original goods, hence the 3 stars”

I have looked into your order and I can see the original order was placed on 7th February and the shoes arrived with you next day on Wednesday 8th. You then returned the shoes back to us using our prepaid label and the shoes arrived back with us on Friday 10th February. We then actioned the return on Saturday 11th February.
I feel that the turnaround of the exchange was fast and efficient.

However, I have looked into your order and I can see you have purchased Ecco shoes, I am not sure whether you are aware Ecco shoes are made with an insole that can be removed to make it a wide fit.
