“Really pleased with my item - this is the second time I’ve ordered however a bit disappointed as I received an email to say I would receive a third bottle of the mini Don Julio free when ordering two however didn’t receive the 3rd bottle”

“Ordered from here a couple of times and it’s usually great but this time the plastic the bottle comes in to protect it was slit open and ripped? Luckily the bottle wasn’t too damaged only minor scratches”

“Quick delivery, came in a bubble thing. Pretty cool, but gutted (pissed) it didn’t come with the actual box for the bottle to go in as it was a 21st birthday gift .. so a keepsake. If I’m being Honest if I new then I wouldn’t have purchased from “INKD” as now I have to spend more money on a box to put the bottle in.”

“Excellent product and service. I would have given it five stars except there is one thing missing. If it's a gift and is being sent direct from INKD to the person receiving the gift, there needs to be a way of adding a note so they know who it's from. An inscription on the gift saying eg "Happy birthday John" is not going to provide too many clues as to the identity of the sender.”

“Ordered a personalised bottle of Ciroc and i just wanted to feedback about the packaging. When my item arrived it was not fully secured in the blown up wrapping. Luckily my bottle did not break but one of the main reasons why i order from this company was the wrap packaging as i knew the person i was gifting this bottle to would really appreciate the cool packaging. Obviously I know this is something that you can't help. but just something for your company to be aware of when sending packages out that they're fully inflated and not faulty. ”

“Great service from INKD overall. The only down fall was the shipping cost. I don’t understand why the shipping is that expensive personally. The print on the bottles ‘monster’ is not that great either but overall good service.”
