“Ordered birthday gift, revived bottle that does not match colour I ordered! Sent return label & went to two post offices & they said the return label is not working! Tried to call the number on the email & can not get through! Left with no gift & refund to by a new gift! Last time I will be ordering from this company!”

“Sadly I've not recieved my order. It didn't arrive on time so we missed presenting it to our friends. Haven't had an update so not sure when it will arrive”

“Ordered the blue raspberry ice lollies a month ago now, I’ve emailed to ask about where they are and been told they’re going to be shipped… but a week later I still haven’t heard anything. I’ve sent another email asking for a refund for the item because it’s taking too long and I haven’t received it, but no reply to that email either.”

“Very disappointed in the order. Not as advertised at all. Complained and was told it was a glitch on the website as the bottle I received was how it was supposed to be. Specifically chose the orange for the colour and we got a horrible washed out yellow print…almost as if the printer ink was going. Terrible quality and would not recommend”

“Not satisfied my order wasn’t delivered. Customer service said they will contact the sending provider which will take 10 days and if the provider says other wise I will not be issued a refund. The sending provider signed my name !! Without my knowledge aswell”

“My order was messed up as the customisation was firstly spelt incorrectly and also had words in it that wasn’t even written in my order and on top of that it was sent out late”

“Very disappointed with the service, I ordered a personalised bottle for over £100 and the writing did not turn out the same as the preview I saw online before placing the order. I have emailed and the reply I got was to the effect of tough, we can’t always do it as the preview says it will turn out. Won’t be using this company again”

“Very poor service! I order a bottle of ciroc on the 2/12/2020 as a Xmas present for someone it arrived on 29/12/2020 after emailing asking when it will arrive I was told they will put it on next day delivery, it was over anther week before it came. In the end I went to anther company and got anther bottle in a few days. I have asked for a refund but no answer. So lesson learnt I will never be using your service again, and advice everyone else to keep away!!”

“Ordered a bottle with a message on . The bottle came message spelt wrong . I emailed them to be told i spelt my own name wrong . I emaild back saying no chance . Never got any reply . Shocking service to say the very least . Stay well clear of theae cowboys .”

“I have tried to contact inkd on numerous occasions in the last week as my order has not been sent and is needed for a 30th birthday present for tomorrow. I’m so gutted and want this sorted out customer service is appalling!”

“Really unhappy with the customer service I have tried to call the INKD phone number listed on the site and have not had any answer for a few days. The personalised bottle I ordered is for tomorrow! My other half’s 30th birthday. INKD did not give my correct address details to Royal Mail so the order is being returned to sender! I ordered this bottle over 2 weeks ago! And now this won’t arrive in time for his birthday! Also my emails and phone calls have been ignored. Please can a member of your customer service contact me? It’s terrible that this is the only way I can get through to you.”

“I would not recommend INKD as the the message I had requested was written using stickers and it was torn, it was suppose to be a father's day present and had my son's name on it which had one letter ripped off so very very disappointed and wont use or recommend them”
