“Really pleased with my item - this is the second time I’ve ordered however a bit disappointed as I received an email to say I would receive a third bottle of the mini Don Julio free when ordering two however didn’t receive the 3rd bottle”

“Made an order for a birthday. They were unable to process the order, yet marked it as shipped. It was not until I emailed them 2 days to the birthday that I was told the order could not be fulfilled. Now they have refused to respond to my email for a refund.”

“Easy to use website and nice designs. Unfortunately the personalisation design shows to be very clear online but once delivered could barely make out the writing. Not happy at all and wish I chose a different design hoping it would of been better”
