“You cut off the name in my order despite me being under the character limit. No one has responded to my email after this. Its an engagement present so not acceptable that the last name is wrong!”

“The personalised bottles are usually gifts. You sent the bottle out in a box with the huge logo on and my partner now knows what he's getting for his birthday. Emailed and you gave me a 10 percent discount and told me you provide tracking. I cant exactly make my partner go out all day during lockdown can I? Second time I've ordered in the past few months and was planning on being a regular customer for birthday but have deffinatly been put off.”

“Came before expected, but the writing on the bottle was PINK when the rest of the cafè patron is PURPLE the gift was for my boyfriend I didn’t want it to be pink and purple just the dark purple the rest of the bottle. It does not state it will come pink or that it will be any other cooler the the image it showed me. To late to return won’t be ordering again.”

“Bottle of ciroc came beautifully designed, although my inflatable that the ciroc was inside of had deflated when I tried to blow it back up i realised it was ripped. Other than that everything was ok.”

“Hi, I have already sent a message in but had no response. I think the work you do is great however the bottle I ordered on 9th June is different to the picture online as there is no airplane on my bottle, instead there is lipstick”
