“Customer service and advice offered was good. Delivery times very quick even to Northern Ireland which usually takes longer. I would have liked the option to have the personalisation in a more noticeable area on the bottle and possibly in a more noticeable colour. Overall satisfactory.”

“Present for my partner, he loved it! But I would say the personalised message was a bit faint, possibly the light yellow ink. But otherwise very happy. Have recommended it to a few friends already.”

“Really liked my item and arrived pretty quickly! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there was only one option for the type of font available for the personalization. Other than that, can't fault it”

“I placed a order for Valentine’s Day as I wanted something more than a teddy bear for my partner...he loved the personalisation. Would definitely recommend. Customer service was on point as well. Would definitely order again.”

“I love all the bottles i have purchased until now. However it unfair that you havve to pay for 2 delivery charges when you buy more than one product... Especially if they are coming on the same box. The only issue is the delivery charge for more than one product. I wanted to ship abroad however 20 euros for each for delivery, and they are coming together in one box... This does not add up. Overall the personalized item are good.”

“Very satisfied with the service, the delivery was fast and the bottle arrived safe. I have personalised a bottle of Ciroc for a birthday gift and was happy with the result, it looked professional. However, It would be good to offer a gift option at checkout so you can add a personalised note as well.”

“Hi I have ordered 2 personalised bottles from you now. The First, was a blue ciroc one and the message was written all over the bottle . The second was an apple ciroc and the personal message was tiny on the back, I was disappointed with that. Please can you make your website clearer as to the position of the personal message.”
