“Ordering from a company I had heard little about left me sceptical. However, the item arrived 4 days after I had ordered it and I was impressed with the communication from the company. Granted printing wasn’t entirely clear and could be sharper but overall makes a wonderful gift and I definitely will order again!”

“When my personalised bottle of ciroc came some of the writing was chipped and so was the cap, I’m not sure how to get in contact about it as it was supposed to be a present for my boyfriends birthday, a bit disappointed but other than that I was really impressed with the quick delivery and the inflatable bag that it came in”

“Good delivery’s the only problem is u spelt my name wrong but that’s fine u gave me another one and u spelt it right all I would say is make shore u spelt stuff how the customer spelt it”

“The product was good and my father-in-law liked it. Only issue was the packaging; the box was far too large for the product so it rattled around too much, the box had come open about a third and the protective blown up packaging had been popped. Luckily the bottle had not been broken but I was disappointed with the packaging none the less.”

“Really pleased with the service and delivery. Loved the personalisation on the box but thought the writing on the bottle would be a little bit more fancy, italics or something similar but that’s just personal taste. My daughter loved it though so that’s the main thing. Thank you, great service.”

“Really good quick reliable service Only thing I will say is when I received my order confirmation The message wrote on the bottle suggested i had done it wrong as it was written in a mixture of upper and lowercase letters But when it arrived it was correct”

“Loved the unique bubble packaging, arrived promptly and safely and engraving was perfect! Only dropped a star because pictured on website with the original brand box packaging and this didn't actually come with the parcel (was hoping it might arrive flat-packed in the box?) either that or make it clear on the website it doesn't come with gift box!”

“Really great designs and quick delivery. Would be good to get different styles for the personalisations and be able to maybe pick a design for the flavour drink you like rather than set ones but they look really good and came well protected. Will definitely order again thanks”

“Great idea looking forward to it, however u don’t allow certain language that could be seen as ‘offensive’ however if your buying the bottle of drink for yourself and spending that extra bit for the message, I think you should be allowed to put what you want on the bottle.”
