“Excellent job by Rhys. Booked to have the car cleaned at the end of a lease contract and couldn’t have been happier. The car looked as good as when I first had it delivered! Will definitely use again.”

“I was really impressed at before and after of the clean. Harrison did an amazing job, he was very polite and also went the extra mile with also cleaning the car seat and trying to get my car started. Thank you”

“Amazing - Its like I have a new car. Simon @ Portsmouth Fresh is a super friendly guy - and the job he did on my car was outstanding. It was by my own admission a bit disgusting, had not been cleaned for quite a while. I chose the interior/exterior valet and I have to say, I did not recognise the car. It is like new. All carpets washed, all leather work clean and shiny, the car is actually white again!”

“Car is lovely and clean, including the child seats, but I did specify that my wife was working nights and not to be woken, which was ignored. Hope you don't need a doctor who isn't concentrating because they've not slept..”

“He did not turn up on time given,did not clean roof properly ,was leaving doors handles un clean with fungus had to tell him to clean up. Paid 75 punnds. Would not received it.”

“Fresh Car Valeting are outstanding. Team confirmed booking and arrived ahead of time with full kit. Were able to get to work quickly with no oversight as I had calls and work to deal with. The end result was simply top drawer and I would have no hesitation in having the guys back again to get my motor back to showroom ready! Thank you once again”

“Absolutely awful service, 15 years. I have been in chauffeur industry, using car washes daily and they do a better job for £15 than these idiots did for £140, turned up late, ruined headliner, stained newly dyed leather seats with splashback from chemicals, failed to clay bar, failed to polish, exterior was left with marks all over it, new scratch to body work which was just out of bodyshop. Inside plastic left with white residue, presumably from a dirty wet cloth been quickly wiped over, rather than advertised special products. The guy was in too much of hurry to get back home and do his "side Job" Don't touch them with a barge pole. Offered £30 refund. Will cost me hundreds just to undo their "work"”
