He assured me that my order would go through (I forgot that my order was placed on Good Friday) and sure enough, my Paypal a/c kicked in and processed the payment after the Bank Holiday. I was kept informed when the DHL delivery would arrive and while the 1st delivery couldn't go ahead as planned, it arrived the next day. The item was as described and in good condition.
