I have taken a look into your order and can see at the time of purchase there was a backordered time of 7-10 working days for the products. This would have been shown when checking out. Unfortuantely this product isn't off the shelf and needed to be manufactured. I can see from tracking that you received it a few days later than the 10 working days so I do apologise for this delay. Dust spares webshop is easy to use and has plenty of choice. very clear on stock and lead times as well as product-specific information so you can clearly decide what will work without having to leave it to chance like a lot of other sites It even has little reminders like this adapter will need an F/F collar to go onto X. and the payment process worked well. and we ordered something that said 5-day lead and it was all here in 3 days thank you for that dust spares, the only downside was when we unpacked it all there were quite a few good size dents in the ducting and some of the collars were very miss shaped from the trip here in the courier's van but it could have been towed behind and got here in similar condition, both my father and I said if it had been for a customers job it would have been an issue but for what we wanted it for it didn't matter enough to deal with it. disappointing. but we reshaped the collars and put the dents to the back so we can't see them, and our heater works just the same. sometimes in this day and age, you just have to accept some things as time is as valuable as trying to sort problems out especially when you have it to do on a daily basis. the company dust spare is very good the couriers that brought it to want treating like they treat the good there moving for other people and then their quality would go up for sure.

Hi Gordon, Firstly, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review, it allows us as a business to grow and develop areas that are letting us down. Glad to hear that you were happy with all other aspects of the service you received from Dust Spares. We have processes and procedures in place to try and avoid damages during transit but unfortunately, when it is passed over to them we can only hope they treat the goods as we would treat them. Due to the nature of the spiral, if manhandled it can turn up dented and damaged. If going forward, you do order ductwork from us again and it does turn up damaged, then please do get in touch so we can get this rectified for you! :) After considering the courier feedback, we are rolling out a new initiative this week to team up with a secondary courier for all smaller items. This has also allowed us to lower the cost instead of increasing it, like many this year. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you need anything in the future.
