“The part looks ok, undamaged, but has not been fitted yet. The part was poorly packaged meaning that it was inevitable that it would end up damaging the box it was sent in and possibly go missing. The sender then put a sticker on the box with the intention of it being a "get out of jail free" card for them if the parcel was signed for unchecked. Poor working practice by Dust Spares.”

I can see that the item went in our DPD expresspaks, with the item in a box. The item would have been bubble wrapped in the box to ensure a safe delivery.
