For standard deliveries, we offer next day delivery (if the goods are in stock) If the product is out of stock, there will be a lead time on the product which would indicate when you should receive it, with it on a next day service. I can see that the lead time on the product was 2-3 working days from your order on Tuesday with it being delivered Friday. “To be fair I think they are fine. The delivery company they used was totally hopeless and only brought 1 of the 2 items. Then took over a week to get the other even though the customer services did seem to be doing a they could. This time DPD postponed the 2nd delivery. Just bad luck maybe.”

“Excellent Service from Dust Spares Ltd who despatched on time but unfortunately they use DPD as the courier who seem incapable of making a delivery on the correct date to the correct address and who state that they have left items with people that don't exist at the wrong addresses. Would Recommend Dust Spares Ltd but their reputation is tarnished with their selected courier.”

Good morning Terence, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, I'm sorry it had to be 2 stars. I tried to call a few times this morning, but unsuccessful. I can see that DPD attempted delivery last Friday. Once notified, we contacted DPD and got it out for delivery Monday, to which it's now showing as successfully delivered.
