Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, sorry it had to be a 1 star! I can see you placed an order on the 13th. Some of the items were out of stock with a lead time of 3-5 working days (21st). Your order got split as we felt that some of the items would be safer going directly from manufacturing, resulting in less damages. It appears that part of the order was delivered before the 3-5 day (15th) lead time with the impression the second part was late. I can see the second part was delivered on the 21st. Unfortunately I am unable to see any email trail with reference to the wrong items. If this is still the case, please get in touch and I can get this looked into as a matter of priority. I am sorry you are unhappy with the service. I hope, that if in the future you order with us again we can change this. Kindest regards, Stacie and The Dust Spares Team
